Hydrotherapy

Hydrotherapy
At Benefit, we offer hydrotherapy as a gentle, effective, and enjoyable way to support physical health and wellbeing through water-based exercise. Conducted by qualified Physiotherapists or Exercise Physiologists, hydrotherapy uses the unique properties of warm water to assist with mobility, strength, and pain management.
We proudly offer hydrotherapy to NDIS participants, with individualised programs designed around each client’s goals, needs, and physical abilities.
Our Hydrotherapy services can help with:
-
Pain relief and joint support through low-impact movement
-
Improved mobility, flexibility, and strength in a supportive environment
-
Balance and coordination training
-
Neurological rehabilitation (e.g. stroke, MS, cerebral palsy)
-
Gross motor skill development for children and adolescents
-
Recovery from injury or surgery
-
Building confidence with movement in a safe, low-risk setting
-
Relaxation and improved circulation
Sessions are conducted one-on-one in a heated pool at our clinic. We can also work with clients and carers to develop home- or community-based water programs where suitable.
Hydrotherapy is a great option for clients who may find land-based exercise difficult or uncomfortable. Our team ensures each session is safe, supportive, and tailored to help you move toward your goals with confidence.
